The Dark Chocolate Tarocco made by B.Langhe encompasses two qualities; careful preparation and the excellence of the basic ingredients but brought together in a completely original recipe. In expert hands, using a special spatula, that is the tarocco, a mixture of cocoa and hazelnut with a unique consistency is produced. The outside appearance is that of a compact ingot but inside, the consistency is one you will not have come across before. The rich oils of the hazelnuts, which in fact make up more than 50% of the content, create a sweet which is just ready to melt in your mouth. This is a sweet to really “dwell on”; it will lead the way for others.
