From the small pasticceria to the modern workshop
When it all started
It all started far from the public eye in the obscurity of a village workshop where, for generations, the art of confectionery has been passed down. It was the seventies and B.Langhe was a small biscuit-makers on one of the streets in the centre of Alba.
The company is founded
The small workshop grew into a solid, well-organised company which exported its products all over the world. Now the company operates from a premises outside the city centre, but still within Alba, the heart of the food and wine industry of The Langhe
Our commitment
Perseverance, diligence and creativity continue to motivate this family-run business. Every member of the family contributes the fruits of their ability gained through years of study, and their individual passion. As a result, excellent pralines, spreads and bakery products are created using only the best ingredients. These special, memorable creations, inspired by characters from the Middle Ages, can’t fail to attract attention for their uniqueness.
